The northern terminus of US 15 in New York State is at I-86, NY 15 and NY 17 in Painted Post. US 15 continues as NY 15 from this point northwards to Rochester. Here is the first reassurance shield for US 15 southbound. The overpass in question crosses I-86 and NY 17. Of note, US 15 and NY 15 do not physically meet. US 15 ends and an on-off ramp has to be used to access NY 15 from US 15. Photo taken by Bryan Farr on October 25, 2002.
