The southern terminus of NY 325 is at I-190 in Tonawanda. According to Brian Tabor, "It's a long 1 miles or less from the north end I captured last summer. The scene is an industrial section of the Buffalo suburb of Tonawanda. This South end is in the shadow of the General Motors powertrain plant. NY 325 ends at an intersection with NY 266 and is very near an on-ramp to I-190. The exit is incomplete; you cannot exit to 266 or 325 from northbound 190, and I believe you cannot enter northbound 190 from 266 or 325 here." Photo taken by Brian Tabor on March 23, 2002.

First reassurance shield on NY 325 northbound. According to Brian Tabor, "Starting the northbound journey on NY 325 from Tonawanda to Tonawanda, the first reassurance you are on this short route. Because of the incomplete exits/entrances at I-190, consider it sort of an alternate for NY 266 travelers who really want to get to the I-190 and I-290 but don't want to go all the way to Exit 17 near the South Grand Island Bridge. Locals will be more likely to take this road to the hot dog stand near the park just off Sheridan/Grand Island." Photo taken by Brian Tabor on March 23, 2002.
